2021 Radio-Coteau 'La Neblina' Pinot Noir, Sonoma Coast   

The 2012 La Neblina is vivid ruby red, bright and crystal clear. Summer fruits dominate the elegant nose. Deeper inspection reveals candied fruit, pomegranate, red apple, dried flowers, cola and a wet rock mineral element. The palate is acid-dominated with very fine, persistent tannins. The summer fruits show up on the palate accompanied by red apple skin, earth and spice. There is a plush fruit quality on the palate but the acidity and tannins keeps the wine high toned, lithe and lively. The finish is long and textured. Although this wine is already showing complexity and drinking well, the potential energy here is very high.
