Not seen since the 2009 vintage this rare wine makes another appearance. It requires the perfect alignment of weather conditions to promote the growth of the "noble rot" that concentrates and evolves it's unique aromas and flavors. The nose explodes with honeysuckle, passionfruit and white peach with hints of almonds and preserved lemons. In the mouth flavors of honey, almond and lemon rind blend together with the intense sweetness perfectly balanced with acid and ending in a long clean finish. Truly dessert in a glass ,this wine pairs best with fresh fruit, blue cheese and walnuts. 183 cases of 375ml bottles produced in 2012.
