This wine’s lifted white peach, pear, tangerine and pineapple notes promise to integrate seamlessly with the rich apple pie spice and wet stone minerality; rewarding the patient with an intensely flavored yet elegant wine. Lovely now, but will be at its best with 1-2 years of additional bottle aging. Cellar for up to 5 years.
