2018 Hatcher Reserve Barbera, Shake Ridge Ranch, Amador County   

Deep red almost purple in color. Barbera has a richer aroma than a classic Zinfandel. The mouth feel is very bright with beautiful, raspberry and current. Acid in the mid palette, medium tannin and a hint of spice from the Hungarian oak. Pairs very well with your favorite Italian dish.
