2017 Mindego Ridge Chardonnay, Santa Cruz Mountains   

Winery Notes 100% estate grown Chardonnay from our 1.3 acre home vineyard, 8 miles from the Pacific in the Santa Cruz Mountains. Whole-cluster pressed directly into 15% new, 70% neutral French oak and 15% stainless steel, aged sur lie for 11 months. On the nose, gravenstein apple, pear and toasted almond show through to the palate. Medium acidity and light minerality is balanced with well integrated oak and a broad finish. 13.8% Alcohol. 295 cases produced.
