They use the classic Cava blend: macabeo, xarel-lo, and parellada, with the addition of 10% chardonnay, all of it aged a minimum of 20 months. This bottling has fresh aromas of citrus, minerals and pastry, while the palate offers up fresh, tart citrus and herbs. Soft mousse and a long, creamy finish make this an elegant value!
