Blackcurrant, blackberry, dried flowers, roasted meat, savory bone marrow, Madagascar vanilla, new car leather and raspberry ganache. Rich and weighty with a delicate power that pushes through to the finish; lingering for moments with cleansing acidity and chewy tannins. A fairly new winery to keep an eye on.
