2019 Marc Tempe 'Ain Zelle' Riesling, Alsace, France   

From cool clay/lime in Zellenberg, terroir à riesling par excellence. From harvest 2018, the village name Zellenberg is prohibited on the label, now AmZelle is the name. This cuvée matured for two years in old wooden casks. Subtle, full slender, dry, beautiful acids give tension, some flint, lemon peels, nice mineral in the finale.
