2019 Staysail Cellars Cabernet Franc, Dry Creek Valley
Bob Pedroni’s vineyard sits on dusty red clay soil along the boarder of the Dry Creek and Russian River Valley
AVAs. The vines range between 35-40 years old and yield approximately 2 tons per acre. This ideal
combination of age plus lower yields allow the vineyard to produce highly phenolic and concentrated fruits
that are bursting with notes of blackberries, raspberries and the slightest hint of jalapenos.
