Atamisque uses high altitude, 80 year old vines to consistently produce sustainable, low-harvest wines focuced on quality and not bulk. It walks a tightrope between elegance and power, combining fine tannins and violet aromas with brooding dark fruit and coffee notes. Pair with Moroccan lamb tangine.
