2020 Dupuis 'Dupratt Vineyard' Chardonnay, Anderson Valley, California
The chardonnay blocks were added in 1981 and these old vines in sandy soils provide concentrated citrusy flavors with lemon curd and a chalky persistent finish. This wine can be enjoyed now for its racy mineral vibrancy but will certainly age for 10-15 years for those who enjoy their chardonnays with some age.
