This wine is perfect with shellfish and local fare as its high natural acidity accompanies it well, similar to wines from the North such as Melon de Bourgogne that marries with fish of all types. Lovely as an aperitif or with any seafood appetizers and or seafood main courses such as small fried fish. Great with goat cheese, salads, chicken dishes and crab cakes.
