We fell for the Bartlett pear, lychee, and lemon peel on its expressive nose while its palate, rich with some extended lees contact, shows bright pineapple, a nice dash of citrus, a hint of lemongrass and a dollop of pastry cream on the finish for some added complexity. We were blown away by just how enjoyable a drink we found this!
