2021 Pelio Estate Pinot Noir Rose, Monterey, California
This rose pours a pale shimmering copper in the glass alluding to its restrained and refined nature. On the nose this wine gives aromas of grapefruit, stone-fruit, and orange citrus. The palate shows delicate white peach, apricot and mandarin. The acidity is pronounced and refreshing.
