experience. Dardinello di Assuli is a pure Zibibibbo, vinified dry, and therefore perfect for pairing with the entire meal. It is fresh and smooth, with notes of peach and Sicilian citrus fruits, as well as a pleasant mix of saltiness and minerality. The grapes come from the Mazara del Vallo area in the Trapani region, the western tip of the Mediterranean's largest island.
