2022 Domaine Sylvain Bzikot Aligote, Bourgogne, France   

Sylvain Bzikot Bourgogne Aligote is a wonderful example of this classic dry white. The Aligote grape certainly plays 2nd fiddle to the Chardonnay grape in Burgundy, but it can make delicious wines like this which are packed with vibrant citrus fruit and lovely almond flavours. It is brilliant with grilled fish or as an aperitif.
