2022 Ovum 'Pink Salt' Rose, Columbia Gorge   

From a single vineyard in Columbia Gorge planted in 1983 and certified organic. Composed of 98% Cabernet Sauvignon, cold soaked for 8 hours and lightly pressed. Then 2% of Ovum's "Big Salt" white blend is added (a blend of Riesling / Gewurztraminer / Early Muscat / Sauvignon Blanc). Minimal SO2, unfined, unfiltered.
