2022 Williams Selyem Pinot Noir, Ferrington Vineyard, Anderson Valley   

This wine is fresh and opulent, with aromas of dark berries, sandalwood, florals, toasty vanilla, and dried herbs on the nose. The flavors on the palate are baked strawberry, raspberry-rhubarb jam and grapefruit zest, that glide into yellow plum, chicory, dried mushroom and black peppercorn, with a dry supple finish. Hold or drink until 2036, pair with whole stuffed sardines.
