2023 Liquid Farm Chardonnay 'Golden Slope', Sta. Rita Hills
The 2023 Liquid Farm Golden Slope is a Chardonnay from the Sta. Rita Hills appellation, inspired by the great wines of the Côte d'Or in France. It features powerful flavors of golden apple, pineapple, and chamomile, with a chalky acidity and a nutty finish. The wine is a layered, textural Chardonnay from top vineyard sites in the Sta. Rita Hills, including Clos Pepe, La Rinconada, Bentrock, and Kessler-Haak, made with 15% new French oak.
