This manzanilla has been aged with the blending process of Soleras & Criaderas with biological ageing, also called, "bajo velo de flor". Made with Palomino Fino grapes. Tasting: Straw-coloured sherry, with a dry and sharp bouquet. Light on the palate. Pairing: Perfect match for seafood, white fish, soups, Jamon Serrano (spanish ham) and almost any kind of tapas.
