This bright and fresh Cremant d'Alsace is composed of 100% Pinot Blanc, vinified in the Traditional Method with 18 months aging sur latte. Hubert Meyer harvests their Pinot Blanc fruit destined for Cremant early, to capture optimum acidity. It offers a delicate nose of pear and stone fruit, very pure and clean, with hints of honey and minerals. Harmoniously balanced, this is best when young and fresh but can be kept for a few years to allow for added richness to develop on the palate. This versatile sparkler is wonderful served chilled, with or without food!
