Our Langhe Nebbiolo is produced from Nebbiolo grapes grown in the historic Castello vineyard, the Lirano vineyard, and the Mombello vineyards, blended with a smaller proportion of Nebbiolo grapes from the cru vineyard Il Pozzo in Castiglione Falletto.
The Nebbiolo grapes destined to become Cascina Fontana Langhe Nebbiolo are vinified for a much shorter period (two weeks) than those destined to become Barolo.
Sourced from an old-vine vineyard just over the Napa County line on the backside of Mount Saint Helena, our Sonoma County Cabernet Sauvignon continues to produce a complex wine.
